Clamora Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These terms govern the use of Clamora (clamora.app, its portal, its API, and its MCP server), a service of Apphive, Inc., a Delaware (USA) corporation with its address at 2810 N Church St, PMB 97340, Wilmington, DE 19802 ("Apphive," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Clamora, the company or person using it (the "Customer") accepts them. If you use it on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
1. The service
Clamora builds a "brand DNA" from the Customer's website and instructions and, using artificial intelligence, plans, creates, and publishes content, proposes replies to comments, measures results, runs experiments, and, if the plan includes it, creates and manages ad campaigns on the accounts the Customer connects. The features of each plan are described on the pricing page.
2. Account
The Customer provides truthful information, safeguards its credentials, and is responsible for the use of its account and for the people to whom it grants access. Clamora is for businesses and professionals aged 18 or older.
3. The Customer's social media accounts
3.1 The Customer connects only accounts, pages, and ad accounts that it owns or is authorized to manage, and authorizes Clamora to act on them within the permissions it grants. 3.2 The Customer complies with, and Clamora operates in accordance with, the terms and policies of each platform (Meta, TikTok, YouTube/Google, LinkedIn, and X). If a platform limits, suspends, or changes its API, Clamora may stop offering that feature without this constituting a breach on our part. 3.3 The Customer may disconnect an account at any time, from Clamora or from the platform itself. 3.4 By using features that interact with YouTube, the Customer agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service.
4. Content and approval
4.1 The Customer is responsible for the content published on its accounts and for ensuring that it is lawful and truthful (product claims, prices, promotions, and image rights and copyright in what it provides). 4.2 Replies to comments and messages are approved by the Customer before they are published. Scheduled content is published according to the mode the Customer chooses: with approval of each piece or according to the calendar it approves. On TikTok, the Customer confirms each post. 4.3 AI can make mistakes. The Customer reviews what it approves. Clamora labels realistic content as AI-generated when the platform requires it. 4.4 Clamora does not publish content prohibited by law or by the platforms' policies, and may refuse to do so.
5. Ads and budget
5.1 Ads are paid directly to the platform, using the payment method of the Customer's ad account. Apphive does not receive or manage the ad budget. 5.2 The Customer sets a spending cap (daily and total) per campaign and per month. Clamora does not create or modify campaigns that exceed that cap, and requests the Customer's approval to create a new campaign or increase its budget. 5.3 Ad results (reach, clicks, sales) are not guaranteed. Spend incurred within the caps and on campaigns approved by the Customer is the Customer's responsibility, even if the results are not as expected. 5.4 If Clamora spends above a set cap due to our error, Apphive will reimburse that excess as a credit or refund, within the limit of Section 11.
6. Acceptable use
Clamora may not be used for spam, fake or purchased engagement, impersonating others, deceiving consumers, illegal or hateful content, or circumventing the platforms' limits. We may suspend an account that does so, giving notice when possible.
7. Price and payment
7.1 Monthly or annual subscription, paid in advance, according to the plan. Invoices are issued by Apphive, Inc. Prices are net: taxes, withholdings, or charges of the Customer's country are borne by the Customer. If the Customer is required to withhold, it will increase the payment so that Apphive receives the full price. 7.2 The subscription renews automatically until the Customer cancels it. Payments are non-refundable, except as stated in Section 5.4 or as required by law. 7.3 We may change prices with 30 days' prior notice; the change applies at the next renewal. 7.4 If a payment fails, we may suspend the service until it is paid.
8. Ownership
8.1 The content the Customer provides and the content Clamora creates for it belong to the Customer, without prejudice to third-party rights in what the Customer provides. Apphive may use them only to provide the service. 8.2 Clamora, its software, its working models, and its brand belong to Apphive. 8.3 With the Customer's permission, Apphive may name it as a customer.
9. Personal data
Apphive processes data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. For data about the Customer's audiences (comments, messages, metrics), the Customer is the controller and Apphive the processor, under the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms part of these terms.
10. Availability
We provide the service with professional diligence and reasonable efforts, without guaranteeing an uptime percentage. There are interruptions for maintenance and due to failures of the platforms or of third parties that we do not control.
11. Liability
11.1 Neither party is liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of sales or followers, or reputational harm. 11.2 Apphive's total liability for everything related to Clamora is limited to the amount the Customer paid for Clamora in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. 11.3 These limits do not apply to willful misconduct or to anything the law does not permit to be limited. 11.4 The Customer will indemnify and hold Apphive harmless from third-party claims arising from content the Customer provides or approves, or from the use of accounts it had no right to manage.
12. Termination
12.1 The Customer may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. 12.2 We may terminate or suspend if the Customer breaches these terms or a platform's policies. 12.3 Upon termination, the Customer may request, within 30 days, an export of its content and data. After that, they are deleted and access to its accounts is revoked, as described in the privacy policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We will give 30 days' prior notice of material changes. Continued use of Clamora afterward constitutes acceptance of them.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA), and any dispute is submitted to its courts. If the Customer is a consumer, it retains the rights that its local law does not allow to be waived.
